Morning  stretch

Whether this is your first yoga class or you have an advanced practice, this morning practice will prepare you for the day and the exciting activities ahead.  Situated in an idyllic yoga pavilion we will explore the movements of the yoga asanas.  We will integrate the elements of the Six Yogic Building Blocks of Yoga for Polo Players that work together to enhance your polo experience.  You will learn sequences and stretches that you can take home with you, practice every day and incorporate into your polo routine.

FIELD SIDE STRETCH & RELAX

After riding and playing each day we will bring our mats fieldside to stretch out taxed muscles & provide our bodies a well-deserved cool down and preparation for our next day.  Juices and cocktails will be served after our "shivasana," making it the perfect time to relax and recap our polo adventures with our new friends and teammates.
